How the system works
You send to us all the pictures including a detailed description what should be corrected. Our specialist takes the order, examines the content and returns to you an offer. If you confirm the order, it will be processed and you will receive an address where you can download the retouched materials. Your order starts after a payment confirmation. Not paid orders will be deleted in one week.
Payments
For our services you can pay by a bank transfer or using Moneybookers.com - the online payment system. At Moneybookers.com you can upload money to your account and pay us with no tax. For more details about bank transfer - please, contact us.
For your conviniece we have developed our system for managing money called wallet. If you are interested, please read below.
FTP accounts
You can receive an ftp account after you pay subscription for it. It is activated within 6 hours after payment confirmation. After the subscription expires it is stopped up to new payment. You will receive reminding e-mail before the expiring date. The FTP account should be used only for sending orders to PhotoRecover.com. If the terms are violated there will be penalty closing the user account.
Wallet
The wallet is an extra tool to facilitate the payments and to reduce the time for the order completion. It is useful for our regular users. The wallet tool is integrated in every account, but remains invisible until funds are uploaded. You can feed wallet from your profile page.
After uploading funds you can pay for subscriptions and orders. Thus you save time and money from multiple money transfers and payment confirmation. Using the wallet tool gives the way for immediate order processing. Wallet shoud be used only for payment of our serivces only. The money can't be withdrawn.
RSS Feeder
RSS is a technology for receiving immediate news about the current promotions, events or new examples in our galleries. To read RSS news you need a RSS readers such as FeedReader, SharpReader.
